Alan Yau's sophisticated St James's Japanese elevates the freshest ingredients and traditional technique to create elegant sushi and sashimi dishes. Reopening in April 2010 following a comprehensive refurbishment, Sake No Hana will feature a new lounge bar and sushi counter, and a menu from head chef Daisuke Hayashi, a former protégé of master chef Yoshihiro Murata, proprietor of the venerable Kikunoi restaurant, Kyoto.
