The wine aficionados amongst us here at Taste HQ were delighted with the response and support from the wine industry for Taste Wine 2011, with both established and emerging brands using Taste of London as their live marketing platform of choice.

Now as recognised players in the wine industry, Taste Festivals have created innovative ways for smaller producers and brand owners to engage with their target audience. Taste is an internationally established brand with a wine offering complimenting our strengths as a premium food, drink and restaurant event with thousands of discerning foodies.

What we did

With such a depth of quality from 2011, it was difficult to pick a single highlight: Taste Wine saw sell-out crowds at the Tasting Table concept; top sommeliers and producers were brought together at the Taste Wine awards; Neil 'Monty' Phillips' wine and food pairings; and wine buffs enjoying the Boutique Wine Market were a few.

In short it looked like this...

Over £3million spent on site • Over 100,000 glasses of wine poured • Over 50,000 wine and food connoisseurs • Over 100 of London's most prominent sommeliers • Over 100 food and wine matchings • Over 40 of London's finest restaurants • 20 boutique wine producers • An enviable line-up of premium wine brands
